We will provide transfers at fixed times from Cancun Airport to Merida and back. We will have room for you, a suitcase, a carryon, and a bicycle if you are bringing it.

January 22, 2027 - Departure time from the Hilton Garden Inn at 10:00am (EST). We should arrive at the Hotel in Mérida at about 12:30pm (CST), allowing for an hour time change.

December 21 - Departure from the Hotel Zamna at 7:00am (CST) with arrival at Terminal 3 at Cancún Airport at 11:30am (EDT)

What if I am not using the ACF Transfer Options from Cancun Airport?

ADO Buses leave directly from Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 to Mérida Terminal Paseo 60 (there are two terminals in Mérida and this is the closest to the town center). The cost is about $60 one way and you will need to take the bus to downtown Cancun and change to a direct bus there. The trip takes about 5 hours. In December Mérida is on Central Time (Cancun is Eastern). For bus information click here You can also buy directly from ADO, though their website is not the easiest to navigate.

If you are in downtown Cancun the bus is actually faster.

Tren Maya: There is a free shuttle to the Tren Maya Station located near the airport. The train will cost about $50 and there is a tram and bus from the Merida station to the center of town. For train information click here.
