Let's Ride to REI!


Who’s ready for an adventure? We are getting outside and riding up to REI Atlanta for a afternoon of fun. They have invited us up for a shindig featuring food, a pump track, and exclusive discounts at their Atlanta store. Not only will be this a fun ride on roads you may never have been on, but a fun afternoon as well!

Starting from Woodruff Park, We’re doing a no-drop ride to their store, along mostly friendly roads. Afterwards we’ll have a short ride to Brookhaven Marta where we will Smarta home on Marta!

Please Note:

While the event will end at 4pm officially, the leaders of the ride will be departing at 3:30 in order to make it for Spoke & Word. We will not ride all the way back, but instead lead a bike bus to the Brookhaven Marta Station and ride back into downtown.

IMPORTANT: Marta is transitioning to a new system and it will allow you to pay directly at the faregate with a credit or debit card, or you can download the mobile app, or purchase a new Orange Breeze card. Please learn more about the new system HERE. It will be unlikely that older Breeze cards will work by the time of this event.

We will be happy to provide any assistance in payment and determining which Marta stop would work best for you.

  • Roll Time Woodruff: 12pm

NOTE: Please ride safely and adhere to all normal traffic laws as they apply to bicycles. Please wear helmets, bring lights, and exercise caution at all time. These routes are on active roads so ride at your own risk and always be wary of other cyclists and drivers on the road. Thank you and good riding!!
