Spindle Intro To Ramblin Ramble

Join the Spindle Boiz for a laid back, mixed terrain adventure! Perfect for beginners..we’ll meet at Starr’s Mill Park for a lil Coffee Outside to warm up before hitting the road for a 27 miler throughout Fayetteville, Ga to get a good handle on what riding gravel’s all about: getting outdoors, tootin’ around with good people, and enjoying the scenery as it comes..

After the ride there will be a gear discussion for all your questions on how to pack for all sorts of rides from a short ramble, commute, to a rowdy tour!

If you don’t know the Spindle Atl then you should. Not only are they some great people, but they are your first and last stop for amazing custom bike bags, bike apparel, and more. They’ve got the knowledge to get you out rambling in style.

Please Note:

This Ride is definitely a beginner friendly gravel ride but is listed intermediate due to the distance. If you have never ridden 20 to 25 miles then this might not be for you. Gravel experience is not required. The terrain is not difficult and it will be a casually paced ride. Though we do advise you to have tires that can ride on gravel (basically not skinny road tires) and to have extra tubes. Plus a couple of snacks for the ride.

If you arrive for Coffee Outside please bring be sure to bring your own coffee. Never done Coffee Outside before? Well this is how it works, bring whatever coffee or method of brewing coffee you like and then hang out! You can bring a camp stove complete with the fanciest of packable pour over devices, or do it the cowboy way and boil the grounds. Plus a cup from home works just as well, it’s whatever you want.
