Do you like backpacking? Do you like biking? Well then join Chris Smith of Toecutters as he gives you the lowdown on Bikepacking! Bikepacking is a great way get out and experience the outdoors. You can cover more miles than when you hike on foot, and you have access to dirt and gravel roads where other vehicles can’t ride. Whether on an overnight trip, or an epic cross-country journey, we guarantee you’ll fall in love with this way to camp.

Come learn everything you need in order to get started!

  • What bike to ride: You need one capable of handling the terrain you choose
  • How to pack your gear: Options include daypacks, panniers, frame bags and more
  • What gear to bring: You'll need basic bike items, plus backpacking gear
  • Trip-planning tips: Learn where you can bikepack
  • Riding tips: Carrying all that gear can take some getting used to
  • Bikepacking resources: There are a number of great online resources for even more information
