FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ATLANTA CYCLING FEST WILL RETURN FOR ITS 7TH YEAR, JUST NOT IN MAY!

Rescheduled from Spring to Fall of 2020, and happening all over Atlanta!

The Atlanta Cycling Festival (ACF) -A week of bike rides, bicycle-related classes, bike parties and bike fun. Proudly made in Atlanta, GA.

Atlanta, GA ‐‐The Atlanta Cycling Festival has been exploring Atlanta by bike, now 7 years in a row. This free, week-long bicycle Festival scheduled for May 9th-15th will now take place in Fall 2020 (TBD), due to needed precautionary measures to reduce the transmission of COVID-19. The safety of our attendees remains our top priority.

There will be over 25 bicycle events throughout the week of the festival, that aims to connect bicyclists of all ages and experience levels and to support local bike-friendly businesses and organizations. We encourage our attendees to deepen their exploration of the great city of Atlanta by bike!

The Festival is made possible through the support of sponsors, local cycling organizations, and community partnerships:

  • Bike Law, Georgia: Avid cyclists and dedicated bike advocates, attorneys Ken Rosskopf and Bruce Hagen specialize in providing personal-injury legal help for injured Georgia citizens involved in crashes.
  • Eventide Brewing, Grant Park: Four friends embarked on a journey that has bring joy and “craft, but not complicated” beer offerings to thirsty Atlantans.
  • Symphony Chips, Atlanta: What began a spice company, quickly became a harmonious match between the spice blend and homemade potato chips.
  • ROOTS Hummus: Since 2006, Roots hummus has been on a mission to dissolve barriers between people and heal relationships through food. As they grow, so does their philanthropy, through the Roots Foundation, empowering and valuing teachers to lead their students- our children, in real-life project-based learning.
